We were very surprised and happy with how nice, comfortable, big and clean our room was. Hot breakfast with more than most motels. Staff was nothing but helpful and kind and answered immediately when I rang for assistance. We had absolutely none of the aforementioned problems. We will continue to stay here on our way through.
Horrible hotel! Would not stay here again! We were highly dissatisfied. Our first choice when reserving a hotel is Best Western because we are rewards members. This was the worst experience we have had. The staff was not friendly at all. They made no mention of us being rewards members. They didn't want to give us 3 room keys even though there were 3 of us. The room was dirty and not maintained well. There were holes and marks on the walls where previous artwork had hung. There were long hairs on the sheets when we turned the bed down. There were long hairs in the bathtub. It looked like the bathtub hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The hotel did serve breakfast. But there was a sign saying that food had to be eaten in the breakfast room and not taken to guest rooms. The staff was posted in the lobby to make sure no one left the breakfast room with food. There was only one ice machine for the whole hotel. We were questioned every time we went for ice. The entry doors to the building were not working so they were propped open with a towel. The air conditioning did not work well. We had it set at 65 degrees but it never got below 72 in the room. It was very loud. We travel through this area a couple of times a year. We wanted to stay at a Best Western so we could earn reward points. This is the only one in the area. We will definitely book with a different chain next time! We would highly recommend avoiding this hotel!
Very pleased until I tried to take a shower, could not get the water at a warm temperatures. Did not take a shower!! Also, there was no whitener or sugar for the coffee service provided in the room!! Would highly recommend the place if my complaint were handled!!
Don't be late for breakfast. At 9am All the food was removed promptly despite the fact that people were still eating.
Our room and the building inside and out was incredibly clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was THE MOST AMAZING experience! I've never seen a buffet with so many choices. There was something there for everyone. It was kept clean and always stocked and everything was labeled. Delicious too!! This is by far the best Best Western we've stayed at and in top 5 for all hotels we've ever stayed at!!
Bed was comfortable and hotel was very clean.
The Hotel was extremely clean and the towels were very soft. Room was very nice and clean. Customer service was below average. Hotel Clerk was arguing with another guest when we arrived. He checked us in and when we were bringing our luggage in he was yelling at her in front of her room. I don't know what the issue was but not professional.
