This was recommended by the hotel staff as the best place in town. I feel sorry for the town. The atmosphere is weird, its like a converted garage. The food was highly average, while the pricing was premium. I had the prime rib, which was more like really expensive roast beef. The service was very good.

A little treasure in a little city. Great service and top notch food. I had the Prime Rib and it was great. I’m a Prime Rib snob so I must say it was not the best I have ever had but it is in my top 10. Great beer selection for being in Utah. I highly recommend this place.
Great atmosphere. Had the wild caught salmon "fish & chips" and they were delicious with the roasted pepper "tartar sauce" which does disrespect to the sauce because it is wonderful. I typically don't use tartar sauce & was skeptical so I asked for malt vinegar which they did have. I tried their "tartar sauce" & loved it. The malt vinegar didn't go to waste, it complemented the fresh cut "chips." Not to be forgetful, I started the meal with a mixed greens & purples salad with one of their in house made dressings, a lime ranch. Once again I very rarely have ranch dressing but my server suggested it & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great to find creative quality food in rural America. I almost forgot, I enjoyed a great Utah brewed Polygamy Porter from Wasatch Brewing.
We had one of the best meals ever!!! We were doing the Redman salt tour today and the Sagebrush Grill was recommended for dinner. The guy said to try the chicken cordon blu, and said we would leave and never get that great memory out of our head. I have to say it was true. The meal was fantastic, the service was great and restrooms were very clean. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we received and had to take most of it home, we should have split it.
