My son called to ask a question about a purchase he made and the person on the phone acted irritated that he called and gave him bad information. Not professional.
Very great! They were patient with us as we were buying a ten gallon fish tank with everything needed. They easily answered our questions and made great recomendations. I plan on going back today and getting some more nice fish to complete my tank.
Staff really helped me out. They're not trying to just grab your cash, they really care. Staff let me know there would be a better selection if I came in another day. Overall great place, good prices, they even have payment plans! Not to mention they have a silly parrot about, makes for a fun atmosphere! As the name implies, they not only have prts but also plants, equipment, and everything you need for your pets.
