I trust MIKE'S AUTO CLINIC to diagnose, repair and excellently execute exactly what my vehicles need. While repairing our 2007 Jeep Liberty's rear brakes, installing a new water pump, and replacing a window assembly, we received a call suggesting replacing the fan belt. "Yes!" we replied gratefully: They spotted a repair we had completely forgotten about. The repairs were done well and on-time and UNDER THE ESTIMATED COST--that's a first! I decided to leave my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, believing if anyone could figure out what that awful noise was, MIKE'S AUTO CLINIC could, and I was right! He convinced me the noise was the rear differential; I was positive it was the A/C clutch: Mike responded to my emails and his staff relaid my concerns, but in the end I had to defer to his 30 years of experience and not my "best guess." I can't tell you how satisfied I was driving away from his shop with a quiet truck AND one that performed better than it ever did! I had no idea how bad-off my truck was until I drove it after one repair from MIKE'S AUTO CLINIC. Thank you for the excellent repair and administrative service.
Despite dealing with a blown engine, this was the best service I have received from any car place. Sean was dispatched to pick us up from the side of the highway after a call to insurance. Beyond the tow into town, Sean stayed with us until we had our situation figured out, and even got us to our hotel.
Alternator went out over Labor day weekend, Mike was able to have a tow truck pick up the truck and fixed the truck for us on Monday Labor Day. Thanks Joe the on call tow driver and Mike the owner we appreciate all you did on a holiday. Got back to Colorado Springs with no worries and made it to work at the hospital in time for my shift.
