Went in for a haircut, they were able to get me right in which was a plus. I told the stylist I wantes to get my eyebrows trimmed as well as my haircut. The service comes along with a complimetary shampoo, conditioner, and head massage. While I was being tended to a few more people showed up for some standard grooming, she started rushing through the haircut to get me out of there. She completely forgot about me asking for my eyebrows to be trimmed and well as skipped the shampoo conditioner and head massage. I was very disappointed with the service. Part of the reason I go there is specifically for the head massage because it helps with my flakey scalp. I am looking forward to next week when I won't be able to tell where some spots are longer than others. Not saying all their stylists are bad but the one that groomed me did a sub-par job.

I was very disappointed to pay more for a exchanged item that was less than the item I returned! I spent over $200 last Thursday for service. For less than $2 my experience was soured.
Katie is the best! She knows exactly what she's doing: is professional and knowledgeable about the right hair cut and products. She is the only person that gives my boys hair cuts that are spot on. Her coloring skills are fabulous too (she put highlights in my hair and they look natural and beachy). Highly recommend her! The salon is clean and greatly affordable.
