It's a good place for people with crazy schedules but it's very crowded and has no room. The equipment isn't very up to date. There are a lot of sketchy people that go here. Id recommend impact for sure. The only thing that is nice here is the fact that it's open 24/7.

Some people think the place is a bit dungeonesk but I beg to differ, I think it's awesome! I love a gym that is unique and not your typical one floor everything in one room gym. The CrossFit area is pretty bad mamma jamma too. 24 hour access and a wide range of workout equipment is pretty cool.
