Terrible Customer Service.

My wife cracked the screen on her phone. She went in on Friday and ordered a replacement phone (refurbished). They said it would get here on Tuesday and that they would call us when it arrived. Tuesday came and went...no phone. No phone call either. On Wednesday, I called to check the status. They informed me that they did not order the phone because my wife didn't tell them to order it. What?!?! So I very clearly instructed them to yes, order the phone. I asked what day it would get there. They said maybe by Friday but definitely by Monday and that they would call me when it arrived. Monday came and went...no phone. And no phone call. Finally on Wednesday, I called them. They had no record of the order and no idea where the phone was. What?!?! They said they would check with management and call me back in an hour. More waiting. No phone call (that makes 3 times they said they would call me and didn't). Finally 3 hours later, I called back and talked to a manager. Turns out the phone had been delivered to the other office here in town, but that they found it.

I was also charged 3 times for a upgrade fee. $90.00. I would just order online with Verizon.

Went there to get a new phone and was told that a tablet was included with a promotional offer. I looked at my bill again later that day and saw that not only did I have a fee on $340.00 but they charge a monthly fee of $22.00. The lady there flat out lied. I tried to return it and they said they can do it for a $35.00 restock fee. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

They are rude and cheat you out of your own money. They don't care what you want, only what they need sold for the store numbers. They are ALWAYS on their personal cell phones during customer interactions and all have poor attitudes!

I would not go here. They charge BOGUS Fees. I was charged over 22.00 charges that I was not told about. The charged me for a sim card that Verizon never charges for They charged for services that I never asked for or was told about (I-rewards)

Maybe my expectations are too high, but it seems like they shouldn't say that your phone will be here in 4 days when it will really take 12 days.

I had a great experience when I went in. I had to get my phone switched to a different plan and they were more than happy to help me. The customer service was fantastic and their efficiency was impeccable. I will definitely keep using them for my services.
