They were awesome I was having a less than spectacular day It went out of their way to take care of me feel OK even let me sit in the vehicle with running and while he was jacking it up and stuff so that I could continue making phone calls my cell battery was dead and I was still trying to put together a Memorial Day rock

My family and I were driving across country when we started to have major issues with our brakes - not fun driving through the mountains. We limped into Richfield and found Big O Tires - they were unbelievably nice - taking our car for a test drive right away and putting us on the lift to find out what was going on. They assessed the problem, fixed it quickly (needed new rotors) and we were on our way in about an hour. Fantastic!
Excellent Service, it was the lowest price i could find my tires and the Sale came with Full Guaranteed Warranty Including Any Flat and $25 for Brand New Tire if Flat needs New Tire, as long as i got the Free Tire Rotation Done Within 3 to 5,000 Miles per rotation time. I had to use this flat $25 thing, once already, so that saved me $85+.
They are very helpful. I had some concerns with the front end of my truck. They lifted it, pulled all of the wheels off and we we checked things over thoroughly together. I like this place.
