Fantastic depth for a store in this rather rural area. New products and repairs. People in Richfield are really goo to go out of their way to help.
Nice and friendly place good mechanical employees they have a lot of side by side atv and excessares.
These guys pulled some serious strings to find my boy a PW50 the day before his birthday AND gave me a better deal than anyone in the state (trust me, I called every major dealer in UT). They really do care about their customers and made one 4 year old boy VERY happy on his birthday. If you want a great deal and a better experience, go see Jeron Shaw, Dennis Jorgensen, or any of the staff at Jorgensens. You'll be glad you did!
New to the area and came in to purchase a pistol for my father in laws birthday....not only were the two gentlemen working the firearms area not exactly friendly or welcoming but the actual purchase was rather disappointing. We had end up choosing a walther pk380, which after plenty of research and seeking out information on our own we found is actually a great little pistol. The issue I have with Jorgensens is that even after explaining we knew nothing about it and were new to firearms in general, there was absolutely no advice, information or instruction whatsoever provided with the purchase. I understand we purchased a firearm and not a crash course on guns but my first buy was an ar15 and the salesman was more than informative and actually explained the firearm and how it functioned....offered SOME kind of information. There's no slide release on this pistol....that's irregular..something you think the salesman would mention? The real kicker is that this particular pistol requires a key ( provided by the manufacturer ) that allows the gun to be unlocked and field stripped / broken down. So, without it you can't break it down for cleaning...why it wasn't provided with the purchase is ridiculous to me. I get it was a used item but why would you take the trade in without the key? ...or reduce the price based on lack of such a crucial part of the whole situation? OR TELL THE NEW BUYER THAT IT REQUIRES ONE!? Very frustrated to say the least....I'll give them a call tomorrow and see if they'd like to somehow remedy the situation. Update coming soon!
The employees at the service depart were very helpful to me and honest. The only thing is that they are so busy. You need to make appointments weeks in advance in the summer. Which can be inconvienent. But the service is excellent.
